Jillian Jones is an investor passionate about investing in the future. Jillian's background started in Capital Markets and Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, where she worked on securitizations, IPOs, and other public market transactions. She then transitioned to AlpInvest Partners (of The Carlyle Group), where she worked on both continuation funds and LP portfolio sales. Jillian is now pursuing her MBA at The Wharton School with the goal of transitioning to Venture Capital and investing in Applied AI and frontier technologies.

Jillian joined Lux Capital Management as a Summer Associate in 2025 through the HBCUvc VC Training and Internship Program.
