Building Careers & Community In VC

HBCUvc runs the largest paid venture capital program in the U.S., annually supporting 30 - 40 historically underrepresented university students and recent graduates. Our flagship program is designed for people without venture capital experience and includes training and a paid internship with a VC firm.

Applications for the 2024 Fellowship Program have now closed.
Stay tuned for our official cohort announcement in Spring 2024.

Break into VC

The HBCUvc Fellowship program is a 6-month training and internship program designed to help Black graduate students and early professionals land their first role in venture capital. Our programming is unique in that we offer a culturally-affirming curriculum, a competitively paid internship, and community all designed to support a future generation of investors equitably investing in Black ideas, communities, and companies.
