Startup School: Pathways to Wealth is a focused, high-touch experience preparing graduating HBCU seniors (Class of 2026) to build wealth with intention from day one. Supporting 60 seniors across five tracks — Engineering & Computer Science, Finance, Social Impact, Scalable Entrepreneurship, and Black Women Rising — each cohort brings together 12 students and dedicated mentors for an immersive day grounded in research, lived experience, and intentional access to opportunity. By connecting recent graduates with committed champions and equipping them with the language and tools to navigate compensation, ownership, and opportunity, Pathways to Wealth helps accelerate their path toward long-term economic mobility.
