Director of Corporate Giving
We are currently seeking a Director of Corporate Giving to catalyze our industry relationships with corporations, venture capital firms, and foundations to scale our work. This position reports directly to our Chief Operating Officer, Chelsea Roberts.
Development Director
The Development Director is a newly created role for HBCUvc. The Development Director will oversee all of HBCUvc’s fundraising and revenue needs. This role involves the development of a fundraising plan and revenue strategy that aligns with our financial needs. The Development Director manages the development team, which currently includes 1 staff member who leads corporate partnerships. The Development Director will also train the executive team, board members, and volunteers to support fundraising efforts. This position reports directly to our Chief Executive Officer.
Volunteer Director
The Volunteer Director is a newly created role for HBCUvc. The Volunteer Director is responsible for developing and maintaining a volunteer engagement program to supplement staff resources. This will include recruiting and training volunteers from employees of our corporate partners, donors, and program alumni.
